The deadly night embarked upon
Death waited outside, knocked the door
somewhere some place a baby waiting to be born
The night so quiet
The light so bright
My body can't fight
My eyes filled with fright
Questions in my mind, deep inside
Queued up and flowed outright
The door unlocked, she walked straight in..
I barely looked up counting my sins
She held me back and said I can't win
Distraught as I looked, I asked her why?
She whispered "come lets go on a ride up high"
My hands shaking, words made no sense
Realizing that I had no defence
In a blink of an eye she took my soul
For the first time ever I felt my soul
So complete without my body as a whole.
The 'Osman' they knew lies there dead
His head on the pillow, the body rests on bed..
"Where are we going?" is what I said
She smiled back and nothing was read.
The spell was cast and I was gone
I forgot what I was saying and just sped on..
The tunnel unknown, I hit a few thorns
I started to cry on what I had done wrong.
The way unseen, the light I saw
Blindfolding me as I just cried on
I sought your forgiveness, O thy lord
You took pity on me
And a baby was born!
The glimpse of life
The tears were rife
Strangers by my side
The story of my life
The journey was long, dizzy as I was
I slept like a baby, no one knew who I really was.
Disbelief, when I woke up
I couldn't speak and my limbs were weak.
The life I had, the life before
Memories swept away as sea hits ashore.
